After a few weeks off from creating workouts, I got a good one for you all! And it’s in video format!
As I am now training with a coach in kettlebells, I thought to pass on my new love to all of you! These are some of my favourite exercises that I use to build strength (and to be honest, coordination) on my own general training days. I built the whole workout around only using 1 Kettlebell, so nothing crazy when it comes to equipment. I do use a competition kettlebell in the video, but any training kettlebell will do.
